ABOUT RUSTIC

Built for Maine. Built around trust.

A local exterior contractor focused on craftsmanship, communication, and doing what we say we will.

We’re your neighbors. We take that seriously.

Rustic Build & Design was built on a simple idea: Maine homeowners deserve a roofing and siding contractor they can actually trust.

That means showing up when we say we will. Giving you an honest assessment, not a sales pitch. Using quality materials that hold up against real Maine winters. Standing behind every project we touch with our 15-Year Leak Free Guarantee on every roof we install.

We’re BBB Accredited, a GAF Certified Plus Contractor, and TAMKO Pro Platinum Certified. Our homeowners deserve the confidence that comes with working with a contractor held to a higher standard.

We’re not a national chain. We live here. We work here. And when the job’s done, we want to be the name you refer to your neighbor.

How we approach your project

Clear communication

We confirm the scope, explain the next steps, and discuss changes before proceeding with additional work.

Care for your home

We protect the work area, keep the project orderly, and finish with cleanup and a final inspection.

Work we stand behind

Our 15-Year Leak Free Guarantee covers workmanship on the roofs we install, alongside applicable manufacturer product warranties.

Connected to the community

We live and work here. Supporting local organizations and helping our neighbors is part of our commitment to Southern Maine.

OUR PROMISE TO YOU

15-Year Leak Free Guarantee on Every Roof We Install

We back every roof we install with our 15-Year Leak Free Guarantee, a 15-year workmanship warranty that holds us accountable long after we’ve packed up the truck.

If our installation causes a leak within 15 years, we come back. We fix it. At no cost to you.

Our workmanship guarantee works alongside applicable manufacturer product warranties. It does not cover storm damage or acts of nature.
